The aesthetic look has remained the same. The pictures still look like documentary photographs. Grainy, lo-fi, you know, they are still shot with a 35mm camera. Idea-wise they have evolved. When I first started making photographs I was documenting a scene. It was about what was going on. Now it’s something different. It’s more like making a movie.
